Composition and consistency of flavoured honey with bananas Honey with bananas consists exclusively of honey and freeze-dried bananas. It does not contain any added stabilisers, sugar syrups or other juices that dilute the honey and improve spreadability. It is not liquid like regular flower honey or wildflower honey, but rather has a consistency similar to that of paste honey, which is enhanced by the freeze-dried fruit. It can be spread on ordinary baked goods, except for very delicate baked goods such as unbaked toasted bread or croissants.
