Composition and consistency of honey with blueberries Honey with blueberries consists exclusively of honey and freeze-dried blueberries. It is not liquid like regular flower honey or wildflower honey. Its density is increased by the freeze-dried blueberries and is more like paste honey. It does not contain any added stabilisers, sugar syrups or other diluents. It is easy to spread on ordinary baked goods, with the exception of very delicate baked goods such as unbaked toasted bread or croissants. Making honey with blueberries We make flavoured honey with blueberries on our farm Domovina Beekeeping on the edge of the Highlands. The whole production process is actually simple: traditional methods, quality ingredients and honest craftsmanship.
