Cranberries in honey, weight 380 g

Honey with cranberries from our family farm Domovina Apiculture will dazzle you with its exquisite flavour on a scale from honey-sweet through flowering forest meadow to cranberry-sour. Oh, it's a bastion: sweet, home-made flower honey from a Czech beekeeper, the cranberries are just the right amount of tart, healthy and slightly tangy, simple, 100% natural ingredients (honey, cranberries and... that's it, plenty enough), in tea, on pastries, with yoghurt, in dishes, when decorating desserts or just to eat for fun. Composition and consistency of cranberry honey Cranberry honey consists exclusively of honey and dried cranberries. It is not liquid like regular flower honey or wildflower honey. Its density is increased by freeze-dried cranberries and is more like paste honey. It does not contain any added stabilisers, sugar syrups or other diluting juices. It is easy to spread on ordinary baked goods, with the exception of very delicate baked goods such as unbaked toasted bread or croissants. Making cranberries in honey We make flavoured honey with cranberry on our farm Domovina Beekeeping on the edge of the Highlands. The whole production process is actually simple: traditional methods, quality ingredients and honest craftsmanship. This means good old-fashioned handwork, our homemade honey and no chemicals or substitutes.
