Composition and consistency of lemon honey with spirulina Lemon and spirulina honey is composed exclusively of honey, preservative-free lemon concentrate and dried spirulina. It is not liquid like regular flower honey or wildflower honey. Its density is increased by the lemon concentrate and is more like paste honey. It does not contain any added stabilisers, sugar syrups or other diluents. It is easy to spread on ordinary baked goods, with the exception of very delicate baked goods such as unbaked toasted bread or croissants.
