Composition and consistency of honey with dragon fruit Honey with dragon fruit consists exclusively of honey and freeze-dried dragon fruit. It is not liquid like regular flower honey or wildflower honey. Its density is increased by the freeze-dried fruit and is more like paste honey. It does not contain any added stabilisers, sugar syrups or other diluents. It is easy to spread on ordinary baked goods, with the exception of very delicate baked goods such as unbaked toasted bread or croissants. Making honey with dragon fruit We make flavoured dragonfruit honey on our bee farm on the edge of the Highlands. The whole production process is actually simple: traditional methods, quality ingredients and honest craftsmanship. That means good old-fashioned handwork, our homemade honey and no chemicals or substitutes.
