Ingredients and consistency of strawberry honey with vanilla Strawberry Vanilla Honey is composed entirely of honey, freeze-dried strawberries and real vanilla. It is not liquid like regular flower honey or wildflower honey. Its density is increased by the freeze-dried fruit and is more like paste honey. It contains no added stabilisers, sugar syrups or other diluents. It is easy to spread on ordinary baked goods, with the exception of very delicate baked goods such as unbaked toasted bread or croissants.
