Czech paste flower honey, full of vitamins and sweet taste Ground cinnamon with a typical aroma (thanks to cinnamaldehyde) High-quality unalkalinised cocoa powder Composition and consistency of cinnamon in honey Cinnamon honey with cocoa consists exclusively of honey, cocoa powder and ground cinnamon. It does not contain any added stabilisers, sugar syrups or other juices that dilute the honey and improve spreadability. It is not liquid like regular flower honey or wildflower honey, but rather has a consistency similar to that of paste honey, which is enhanced by the addition of ground cinnamon and cocoa powder. It can be spread on ordinary baked goods, except for very delicate baked goods such as unbaked toasted bread or croissants. Production of cocoa honey with cinnamon We make flavoured cocoa honey with cinnamon on our farm Domovina Beekeeping on the edge of the Highlands. The whole production process is actually simple: traditional methods, quality ingredients and honest craftsmanship. It starts with bottling the honey and ends with mixing it with cinnamon and cocoa. This means good old-fashioned handwork, our homemade honey and no chemicals or substitutes.
