Composition and consistency of cardamom honey Honey with cardamom consists exclusively of honey and ground cardamom. It is not liquid like regular flower or wildflower honey. Its density is increased by the ground cardamom and is more like paste honey. It does not contain any added stabilisers, sugar syrups or other diluting juices. It is easy to spread on ordinary baked goods, except for very delicate baked goods such as unbaked toasted bread or croissants.
