Reminiscent of holidays and playground games, it brings joy, smiles and well-being: simple, 100% natural composition (only honey with apricots), apricots as fresh as possible, just picked from the trees, orange colour and sweet taste, M + M = ♡ Composition and consistency of apricot honey Apricot honey consists exclusively of honey and dried apricots. It is not liquid like regular flower honey or wild apricot honey. Its density is increased by freeze-dried apricots and is more like paste honey. It does not contain any added stabilisers, sugar syrups or other diluents. It is easy to spread on ordinary baked goods, with the exception of very delicate baked goods such as unbaked toasted bread or croissants. Making apricots in honey We make flavoured honey with apricot on our farm Domovina Apiculture on the edge of the Highlands. The whole production process is actually simple: traditional methods, quality ingredients and honest craftsmanship. That means good old-fashioned handwork, our homemade honey and no chemicals or substitutes.
