Composition and consistency of cherry honey with chokeberry Honey with sour cherry and chokeberry consists exclusively of honey, dried sour cherry and dried chokeberry. It is not liquid like regular flower honey or forest honey. Its density is increased by the freeze-dried sour cherry and is more like paste honey. It does not contain any added stabilisers, sugar syrups or other diluents. It is easy to spread on ordinary baked goods, with the exception of very delicate baked goods such as unbaked toasted bread or croissants.
