Sour cherries in honey, weight 170 g

The cherries in honey from our family farm Domovina Beekeeping are a harvest of flavours ranging from distinctly sweet to crazy sour to comfortingly fruity. Honey and cherry is simply a moment of sheer deliciousness that everyone dreams of: Simple, 100% natural ingredients (yes, just honey and dried cherries), a bold red colour and a passionate aroma (honeyed, sweet and sour), great in hot milk, on pastries and for decorating desserts, can fight germs > vitamin C sweetens life. Composition and consistency of cherry honey Sour cherry honey consists entirely of honey and dried cherries. It is not liquid like regular flower or wildflower honey. Its density is increased by the freeze-dried sour cherry and is more like paste honey. It does not contain any added stabilisers, sugar syrups or other diluting juices. It is easy to spread on ordinary baked goods, with the exception of very delicate baked goods such as unbaked toasted bread or croissants. Making honey with cherry We make flavoured honey with sour cherries on our farm Domovina Beekeeping on the edge of the Highlands. The whole production process is actually simple: traditional methods, quality ingredients and honest craftsmanship. That means good old-fashioned handwork, our homemade honey and no chemicals or substitutes.
