What technologies do we use for printing on T-shirts?
We use either printing or embroidery to brand the t-shirts with your graphics - logo, slogan or larger graphics. We print directly onto textile fibres using screen printing, so we can guarantee long print durability and color fastness for t-shirt printing. In this case we print up to 8 direct colors. Screen printing is suitable for larger volumes, because the price includes the preparation of the screens, which can significantly increase the final price for small volumes. Small batches of 10-100 t-shirts can be printed quickly and in full color by digital printing. Machine embroidery on T-shirts is also a very popular technology, where the resulting effect of the logo on the T-shirt is more structured and distinctive.

What are the advantages of screen printing?
The advantages of screen printing are quality, durability, accuracy and bright, consistent colors. Printing directly onto textile fibres ensures longevity and resistance to repeated washing. Up to eight Pantone colors can be printed, allowing for a wide range of color options. Screen printing is also suitable for printing on synthetic fibres, sports textiles, workwear and other materials. It offers the possibility of many different printing effects such as reflective, metallic, phosphorescent colors, PUFF or 3D printing. For larger orders of over 30 pieces, there is also a low price when printing in one or two colors.
What are the advantages of digital printing?
Digital printing has several advantages. It offers unlimited color printing of t-shirts, allowing you to print any motif for one price. It can print over pockets, seams, zippers, buttons and other non-standard surfaces, although these prints must first be technologically assessed and individually priced. It is ideal for full color and challenging motifs, details and color gradients. Digital printing allows printing into the edges of objects and textiles, even on rugged surfaces. It is suitable for smaller volumes of up to 30 pieces, and the price is not dependent on the number of colors.
Which t-shirts are best for printing?
T-shirts made of 100% cotton, in a higher grammage (above 180 g/m²) with a smooth surface and a simple cut with a minimum number of seams are the most suitable for printing. However, we can deal with any T-shirt from our range, and we will consult with you about any printing restrictions.

How to care for printed T-shirts?
Ideally, wash printed T-shirts inside out so that the print rubs against other clothes or the washing machine drum as little as possible. Use mild detergents and avoid bleach. Do not tumble dry T-shirts. Iron inside out, avoid ironing directly onto the print.
What are the advantages of embroidery on T-shirts?
The main advantages of embroidery include durability, presentable appearance and mechanical resistance - it can withstand repeated washing without damage. It gives t-shirts a luxurious and professional look, making them ideal for corporate and representative clothing. The embroidery allows for highly detailed and precise execution of logos and designs. It can be used on a variety of materials, including those that are not suitable for printing, such as fleece materials. It also offers options for special effects such as 3D embroidery to add depth and distinction to your design.
What are the disadvantages of embroidery on T-shirts?
One of the main disadvantages is the limited range of colors and the complexity of the design compared to digital printing or screen printing. Embroidery is often more expensive than other methods, especially for large batches or complex designs. The embroidery process can be more time consuming, which can increase delivery time. In addition, embroidery is not suitable for some types of textiles, such as very fine or thin fabrics, where it can cause deformation of the material. On larger areas, embroidery can add considerable weight and texture, which can affect the wearing comfort of the T-shirt.
What are the disadvantages of screen printing on T-shirts?
Screen printing is less effective for small runs and very complex designs. It is unsuitable for printing t-shirts under 20 pieces (due to the higher final price per piece) and cannot be printed on seams, fabric hems and fleece materials. For fleece, only machine embroidery and burning into fleece can be used. The maximum print size is up to A3 (297x420 mm). It is also not possible to screen print piece motifs, such as imprints of numbers or names - for these purposes, digital imprinting or transfer is more suitable, which must always be individually requested from our specialists here.
What are the disadvantages of a digital printing on T-shirts?
Digital printing can be more expensive for large runs and may not be as durable as screen printing. It is also limited to certain types of materials. Digital printing is an unsuitable technology for larger runs of around 30-50 pieces (for larger runs, screen printing is always cheaper). The maximum print size is up to A3 (297x420 mm). Printing is only recommended on 100% cotton textiles, in the case of blends it is possible to print on materials with a maximum of 30% polyester. T-shirts for digital printing should have a minimum weight of 160 g/m². It is not possible to print on T-shirts where artificial fibres predominate - fleece, polyester, etc. For fleece, only machine embroidery and burning into fleece can be used.
